King Prawn arancini, cocktail sauce, avocado salsa

Pork Belly, Parsnip Puree & Blood Orange Citrus Glaze

Beef carpaccio, beetroot jelly, white wine jelly, watercress, truffle oil

                                                                                               Oven baked filo tart with goats cheese & braised leek. Apple rocket salad, beetroot puree, balsamic glaze

Mains – Choice

Coq au Vin – Chicken braised with red wine, bacon & mushrooms. Served with a rich potato puree

Red wine, slow braised beef cheeks, on a rough colcannon of potato, cabbage, spring onion & bacon

Roast pork belly, potato chats, root vegetables, steamed greens. Apple chutney & red wine jus

Northwest Barramundi, citrus crumb potato croquette, Mediterranean piperade.

Finished with a beurre blanc sauce
