To add diversity to our popular menus, an emphasis is placed on specialties such as tender melt in the mouth Wagyu beef and succulent Kurobuta pork, sourced Australia wide.
Delectable fruit trees are grown on the property such as mulberry, chocolate hazelnut, macadamia and cumquat. Our free-range chickens supply much of the restaurant's kitchen needs.
The restaurant is fully licensed and has an impressive list of premium wines, as well as our own portfolio of award winning Black Swan Wines. There is an excellent selection of mainstream and boutique beers, spirits, inventive and classic cocktails, and other beverages to suit all tastes.
