My husband and I had lunch at your restaurant yesterday (30 August) and we had a delightful time. Not only were our meals delicious and beautifully presented, the service was exceptional. Please convey our thanks and admiration to the young man (I regret I didn't get his name) who served us. He was efficient, attentive and so helpful. I noticed he was on his own and served the many tables most capably.

I would like to thankyou and your staff very much for the most wonderful lunch to celebrate my 40th Birthday last Saturday.
You staff were so accomodating when our tour bus broke down at the previous winery and organised for you shuttle bus to ferry my guests to the restaurant.
The food and service was amazing. I have had nothing but fantastic comments from all my guests with majority saying they will definately return to the Black Swan Winery.
Your chef should be complimented for his sensational meals, the quality and quantity was perfect. And your wait staff should be complimented for there very accomodating and friendly service.
Thankyou so much and we will most certainly return to enjoy your sensational venue.

We've been to Black Swan Winery many many times. The service is ALWAYS top shelf, as is the food and wine. We just love Sundays when Brenton is playing, we sit out on the lawn, wine dine and have a sing-a-long. It's absolutely brilliant and couldn't think of a better way to spend an afternoon. Thanks to everyone at Black Swan. Cheers.

We visited on Mothers Day for lunch and was very unimpressed! But in saying that, I revisted The Black Swan on Friday 10th Aug for lunch with friends, and our service was great, food was hot and and cooked perfectly. Thankyou for the voucher to return. Your wines where also enjoyable.

I just wanted to thank you and your entire staff for the wonderful experience I had planning and celebrating my birthday at Black Swan Winery and Restaurant. Right from When I began looking for suitable venues I was impressed with your efficiency in communicating with me and answering my queries.
I was also most grateful for your consideration in providing various suggestions and alternatives to lunch courses.
Even though the restaurant was packed, your staff were wonderful in responding to various requests and very patient in dealing with such a large and varied group.
The meals were all superb and my guests,without exception, commented on the quality and quantity of their meal. What better compliment can a host hope for than empty plates being returned to the kitchen?
Please pass on my thanks to your wonderful staff, especially our waiters and waitresses (Danielle et al) your chefs and drinks staff for their splendid service.
You all contributed to making my birthday a truly lovely experience!

I had the great pleasure of having lunch at your restaurant last week and have to say that it was one of life's memorable dining experiences. Service was warm and friendly . The food was beautiful presented and the flavours were amazingly delicious, Similar style meals eaten in other venues do not hold a candle to the food we ate at the Black Swan.

I would like to say a very big thank you to both management and staff. I dined in your restaurant with my family on Mother's Day for Breakfast. Unfortunately I was not impressed and wrote to you explaining how I felt. You responded immediately and gave me a voucher so as I could come back for a meal and experience your quality and service.
I would like to say thank you so very much for your voucher. On Friday 22nd June, myself an a friend dined in your restaurant for lunch. From the moment we walked through the door your staff were amazing very efficient and always had a smile. We found the food to be absolutely beautiful. In all it was a fabulous experience every thing was perfect. I would definitely return again for a meal, and also recommend you to any body who is looking for a lovely place in the Swan Valley with great service and delicious food. I would like to mention your staff were unaware we had a voucher until we paid, which show's that regardless your staff alway's give 150%.
