Embrace the Spring Season with a Sumptuous 2 Course Set Menu
Valid for Lunch – Monday thru to Fridays (excluding public holidays)
Dinner Thursday

Entrée – Choose from the following
Bruschetta –Italian ciabatta topped with ricotta cheese, cherry tomatoes, Red onion, fresh basil, & dressed rocket

Goats Cheese Tart – Oven baked crispy filo tart with goats cheese & braised leek. Apple rocket salad, beetroot puree, balsamic glaze

Spanish Arancini – Crumbed risotto infused with Spanish Chorizo, pea and mint. Served on pea puree

Grilled Black Pudding- With grilled asparagus & bacon salad, topped with poached free range egg

Semolina Coated Squid – Crispy fried squid coated in Semolina, Thai salad of cucumber, red capsicum, carrot and crispy vermicelli. Chili lime mayo.

Mains – Choose from the following
Chicken Dijonnaise -Baked chicken breast, sage & onion rosti, dijon & mushroom sauce

Seafood Pasta – Prawns, mussels, clams tossed through linguine pasta with a chilli, garlic & tomato napolitan sauce

Mushroom Risotto – White wine reduced risotto, confit garlic, trio of shitake, oyster and field mushrooms (v)

Rabbit Pie – Slow cooked local farmed rabbit & mushroom pie, puff pastry top. Side of beer battered chips, crusty bread

Pork Belly Duo – Twice cooked pork belly, braised pork cheek, crushed root vegetables, kumara puree

Beef Cheeks – Cabernet blend slow braised beef cheeks on a rough colcannon of potato, cabbage, spring onion & bacon, served with broccoli

Dessert – Choose from the following
Churros – Spanish churros, rich chocolate dipping sauce, berry compote, & chocolate sticks

Panna Cotta- Lemon & thyme panna cotta, strawberry and mango salsa, tuile biscuit

Tiramisu with a Twist – Beer Tiramisu served with cream & strawberries

Sticky Date Our Way – Sticky date and cream roulade, warm butterscotch sauce, fresh mint
