Mother’s Day Set Menu Lunch & Dinner

Lunch from 11.00am – 4.pm – Dinner from 5.30 pm
$67 per person – (Children aged 12 or less – $30 per child)
*A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 is required upon booking

Chef’s Soup of the Day

Bruschetta –Italian ciabatta topped with ricotta cheese, cherry tomatoes, red onion, fresh basil, & dressed rocket

Garlic & chilli creamed prawns served with Jasmin rice

Carparcio of thinly sliced Southwest MSA beef, served with honey soused tomatoes, shaved fennel, rocket & capers, parmesan

Goats Cheese Tart – Oven baked crispy filo tart with goats cheese & braised leek

Apple rocket salad, beetroot puree, balsamic glaze

Mains – Choice
Chicken Ballotine – Chicken breast rolled in prosciutto, stuffed with pistachios, camembert, mushrooms,
On a potato & pumpkin puree, steamed baby zucchini

Pappardelle pasta tossed with slow braised local farmed rabbit and a mushroom ragout

Grilled “skin on” Kimberly barramundi, gourmet potatoes & feta cheese, seeded mustard, spring onion. Finished with saffron rouille (gf)

Red wine, slow braised beef cheeks, on a rough colcannon of potato, cabbage, spring onion & bacon

Mother’s day roast – Pork belly, roasted potato chats & root vegetables, peas, apple chutney, Shiraz jus

Apple and berry crumble, vanilla anglaise, vanilla ice cream

Thyme & lemon panna cotta, strawberry and mango salsa, tuile biscuit
